Some years ago, I came through a different problem in Dell XPS laptops. While typing or gaming or doing something, 5 seconds once, the window focus was gone somewhere. The laptop went to several shops and finally came to me.
I wondered what happened to the laptop. For a test, I ran the virtual windows using USB booting. The window focus remains in the same window. So, I could come to an conclusion that the problem must be in driver. I disabled the drivers one by one. Finally, found that the problem caused is a webcam. Webcam detected and disconnected frequently. After uninstalled the driver given by Dell and installed the common driver, the problem is solved.
Yesterday I received a HP laptop 15-R045TU. The same problem. The window focus goes to desktop each 5 seconds. But the problem is not a webcam. Now it is Synaptics pad. After uninstall the driver given by HP, and installed a common driver, it is working fine.
Alike, some months before, all the Dell QuadCore, DC laptops wont support Windows 8.1. If you install Windows 8.1 on these laptops, Touch pad wont work. But It works fine in Windows8.
If you face this problem, please uninstall following drivers one by one and check the status.
Webcam
Touch Pad
Bluetooth
Wireless
Microsoft C#
Samsung Mobile Software.
I doubt, whether these brands never check their products thoroughly.
சில வருடங்களுக்கு முன், ஒரு DEL XPS மடிக்கணினி ஒரு வித்தியாசமான பிரட்ச்சினையுடன் சர்வீசுக்கு வந்தது. நீங்கள் wordல் டைப் செய்துக்கொண்டிருக்கும்போதோ அல்லது வேறு ஏதாவது வேலை செய்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும்போதோ, உங்களின் ஆக்டிவ் விண்டோ போகஸ் தானாக வேறு இடத்திற்கு சென்று விடுகிறது. இந்தப் பிரட்சினைக்காக அந்த மடிக்கணினி பல சர்விஸ் கடைக்கு சென்றுவிட்டு கடைசியாக என்னிடம் வந்தது.
வித்தியாசமான பிரச்சினை. ஒரு USB பூட்டிங் மூலம் விண்டோஸ் இயக்கி பார்த்தேன். அதில் பிரச்சினை இல்லை. அப்படி என்றால் டிரைவர் தான் பிரச்சினை என்று புரிந்தது. ஒவ்வொரு டிரைவர்ஆக uninstall செய்து பார்க்கையில் பிரச்சினை வெப்காம் டிரைவர் தான் என்று தெரிந்தது. டெல் கொடுத்த ஒரிஜினல் டிரைவர் அது. அதை நீக்கிவிட்டு ஒரு பொதுவான டிரைவரை இன்ஸ்டால் செய்த பின் ஒழுங்காக வேலை செய்தது.
நேற்று ஒரு புது HP 15-R045TU இதே பிரச்சினைக்கு வந்தது. இதில் வெப்காம் டிரைவர் பிரச்சினை இல்லை. பிரச்சினை செய்தது, சினப்டிக்ஸ் பேட் டிரைவர். இதுவும் HP ஒரிஜினல் டிரைவர் தான். இதை நீக்கியவுடன் எல்லாம் ஒழுங்காக இருக்கிறது. Common Microsoft PS/2 mouse driverஐ இன்ஸ்டால் செய்து விட்டேன்.
இதே போல் சில மாதங்களுக்கு முன், Dell DC, Quad Core லேப்டாப்களில் Windows 8.1 இன்ஸ்டால் செய்தால் மௌஸ் டச் பேட் வேலை செய்யாது. Windows 8இல் வேலை செய்யும்.
இதே மாதிரி பிரச்சினை வந்தால், உங்கள் லேப்டாப்களில் கீழ்க்கண்ட டிரைவர்களை uninstall செய்து பாருங்கள்.
